“Just wanted to write you a note of appreciation for helping us to get the condo in The Rookery.  Coming from a small town, where everyone knows everyone, it is hard to put your trust in a total stranger.  I have to admit when we first met you to go look at condo’s, I was really nervous.  I always felt comfortable asking you questions.
