Turquoise Place Resort is quite literally a beacon in the Orange Beach horizon, whether you are approaching the South Baldwin County city by land or by sea. Gulf fisherman actually use the tall towers to guide them back to Perdido Pass during low visibility conditions. If you have never had the pleasure of seeing this grandiose development in person and you are reading this Jason Will Real Estate blog, then you are in for real treat, as I have included aerial footage via YouTube from a recent drone flight at the bottom of the page. I try to take my drone with me to gorgeous settings where I know our clientele will appreciate an aerial view of our coastal real estate, although the case and its components are quite cumbersome.
On this particular occasion I was spending a long weekend with my family in a condo rental in Orange Beach and I was up early, blazing a trail in the sand with my drone in hand while the rest of our group lay still in early morning hibernation. Typically, the sand next to waters edge is the most firm and easiest for long distance treks, yet on this morning I found it to be surprisingly soft and difficult to walk in, as the warm sun began to push the low lying clouds out of its path. As the blinding rays fell upon my face, I stiffened my resolve for the long walk east to the private sand beneath the emerald glass towers of “The Turquoise.”

By the time I arrived, my calves were burning and the front of my shirt was damp with sweat. The sun had climbed high enough in the sky to illuminate the gulf face of the development and my excitement over the assured quality for the heavily anticipated video footage brought about some mild anxiety. As I made what felt like a slow climb from the wet sand up through dry land, I noticed two dark tanned beach chair rental guys hustling through the morning heat to have lounge pads set beneath the shade of sprawling green umbrellas before condo owners and guest began to head the call of the lapping gulf waves.
Despite having some minor connection disruption issues between the drone and the remote, I was able to capture some brilliant footage of the luxury condominium towers from a prime vantage point, with the eastern sun rays at my back. I hope that you will take a brief moment of your time to invest in my video below and feel free to contact my with any questions you have about Turquoise Place or the Orange Beach condo sales market in general.
