Stillwater Subdivision Spanish Fort AL

Stillwater is one of those subdivisions that appears to have it all.  You enter the community through a beautifully maintained entryway and look closely you will see neat little perks, like doggie dropping stations for picking up after your pet.  You will also find incredible community amenities, to include a swimming pool, lake and gazebo.  The new Jason Will Real Estate Listing located at 33522 Alder Circle has the added luxury of a private boat slip at the Stillwater Estates Marina, the boardwalk to which is located just a few doors down at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac.

My favorite upgrades include elegant hardwood floors throughout, 2 gas fireplaces – one in the dining room and the other in the family room, stainless industrial sink in the kitchen, GE Monogram kitchen appliances to include gas cooktop and glamorous jetted tub in the master bathroom.  Our sellers have taken excellent care of the home and invested a great deal of money to make it even more appealing.  When I asked them to explain in detail, there response included: “We refinished the pool deck and replacing the tiles surrounding the pool and hot tub, resealed the concrete floors at the front entry and screed in porch.  We added new flooring, new appliances, new lighting fixtures, painted the interior and added extensive landscaping.”
