JWRE: “What were the deciding factors that led you to buy your home in River Mill?”
Seller: “We loved that is was updated and had stainless steel appliances. We really liked the master bath and the tiled shower. I was very excited about having a fireplace as well.”
JWRE: “Were schools a factor in your decision to purchase this home?”
Seller: “We wanted our kids in the top rated Fairhope school system. We had heard so much good press about the schools that we knew that’s where we wanted our kids to go.”
JWRE: “What have become your favorite aspects of the home?”
Seller: “The master bath shower, the screened in back porch and the shade the backyard provides in the summer are some of our favorite features of our home. I love having a fireplace. The upstairs is nice when company comes over because they have a space where they can be separate from the rest of the house when they need it.”
JWRE: “Where do you find yourself spending the most time in the home and why?”
Seller: “The living room is my all time favorite space in the home. It’s the most open space and it gets a good bit of light during the day, so the room is bright without having to turn on lights.”
JWRE: “What improvements have you made to the property since the purchase?”
Seller: “Mostly paint. We did have the air conditioner replaced and a new garage door motor installed and added WiFi compatible garage door opener and thermostat.”
JWRE: “What is your favorite grocery store(s) in the area?”
Seller: “We use Wal-mart mainly because it is so close to the house. It’s super convenient because they always have what you need and it isn’t a far drive so if you forget something its easy to just run up the road and get it.”
JWRE: “What are your favorite shops in town?”
Seller: “We like the entire downtown. The shops are great, the people and shop owners are friendly. We really like Running Wild and Panini Pete’s.”
JWRE: “Any interests or hobbies you enjoy near the property?”
Seller: “We love walking the pier and the beach by the bay. I also enjoy kayaking and it’s super close to home.”
JWRE: “Average utility costs in summer and winter?”
Seller: “Around$ 200 in the summer and $100 in the winter.”
JWRE: “What will you miss most about living in or owning this property?”
Sellers: “The neighbors. We have gotten to know them well. Great people and super friendly and helpful.”
JWRE: “What will you miss most about your neighborhood and/or surrounding community?”
Seller: “It’s just a great neighborhood. It is quiet most of the time and we really like that. and we have met a good bit of the people in the neighborhood when they are walking or as we’ve been walking with our kids around the neighborhood.”
