If I was in the market for a condo on the Alabama Gulf Coast, Phoenix on the Bay would be high on my list of favorites. Yet, I suppose being a boat lover makes me a little biased towards boat access condos in Orange Beach. There is also the fact that this particular condo development has great amenities for kids and is a little off the beaten path down Canal Road. I also know how nice it would be to be able to hop in my boat and head over for a greasy Pirate’s Cove cheeseburger or fish the pier lights at night for specs along Ono Island. This is simply more appealing to me, than starring out over the white sand at an emerald gulf that appears infinite to the naked eye.

If you are buying for investment value, then you will not find a stronger brand than Phoenix! I also think the location is ideal. When you get to this point down Canal Road, you find refuge from the seasonal traffic and life slows down consideralby.”

Seller: “I love having a Lazy River. The hot tub is a great place to relax and the exercise facility has everything I need for a great workout.”
