Jason: “What have become your favorite aspects of the home?”
Seller: “We enjoy the fact that the home is spacious, which allows everyone to have their own space. Yet we have the wonderful media room where we can all gather together to share activities. Having the extra bedrooms and space allows our family members from out of town to visit us and be comfortable. The openness of the kitchen/great room is a fabulous place to cook and to enjoy family time as well.”
Jason: “In your opinion, what are the most attractive selling features of your home?”
Seller: “The energy efficiency features built into the home make it very comfortable and economical. We love the look of the house and it’s open, light filled style. There is great indoor and outdoor entertaining space and being able to look out onto the beautifully groomed golf course makes it feel like you live on a very large lot and right in the middle of nature. Ample storage with easy to access attic space is wonderful. The beautiful attention to detail in this home is a delight.”
Jason: “Where do you find yourself spending the most time in the home and why?”
Seller: “I think each of our family members might answer this question differently but I would have to say the kitchen and great room, while my husband and son would say the Media Room/Man Cave. I also really love the screen porch and enjoy drinking my morning coffee and listening to the birds and reading and relaxing there.”
Jason: “Do you have any interests or hobbies you enjoy near the property?”
Seller: “We love to use the fitness facilities up at the clubhouse along with the 2 pools. Another favorite place is Cabana Beach where we often go on our golf cart to fish or just watch the beautiful sunsets. The flounder fishing and trout fishing can be really good off of the pier and the gazebo area is a wonderful place to unwind and enjoy nature around you. The bike trail is also a great feature. We are not serious golfers but enjoy the driving range and putting green. The tennis courts are second to none in the area.”
Jason: ” What will you miss most about your neighborhood and the surrounding community?”
Seller: “Will miss the beautiful grounds and clubhouse amenities as well as the bay access and gazebo. We will also miss the friendly neighbors and sense of serenity living here provides.”
