From first glance, it is evident that this property has been built and maintained with excellence. From the re-landscaped lawn to granite countertops throughout, the design and style are highlighted by custom details. The main living area, accented by a tongue and groove wood ceiling, abundant crown molding and gleaming hardwood floors flows directly into the kitchen and formal dining room. When entertaining friends or having a quiet dinner with the family, this open concept floor plan engenders a very connected atmosphere. The formal dining room is enhanced by an exposed wood coffered ceiling and wainscoting. In the kitchen, granite countertops and all stainless steel appliances set the stage for creating culinary masterpieces with ease.
Again in the master bedroom, the trey ceiling and extensive custom woodwork accent the custom paint design. The master bathroom is entirely tiled, including the walk-in shower. Dual sinks are separated by a sit down vanity with a lowered countertop. After a long day, the large jetted garden tub is perfect for a relaxing bath! For the woman in the family, the deep walk-in closet is a “must see,” with ample storage space and custom built-in cabinets.
There is no one better to brag about the great aspects of a home than someone who has lived there! So, I’ve included the following un-edited statements from my personal interview with the sellers. Enjoy seeing what it’s like to live at 11319 Warrie Creek Alley through their eyes:
Jason: Was there something in particular that spoke to you about this property in Long Pine Estates and confirmed that this was the home you were meant to buy?
Seller: “We loved all the details of the house! The ceilings, the huge walk in closet with custom built in’s in the master, the hardwoods, the granite throughout the house, the crown molding, and the patio outside were to name a few of the details we fell in love with!”
Jason: Were schools a factor in your decision to purchase this home?
Seller: “Yes, the Fairhope school system is one of the best in Baldwin County!”
Jason: What have become your favorite living features of the home?
Seller: “In addition to all the custom features of the home, we also really appreciate the quiet street or alley way behind us, the big lot, and how much fun the neighborhood is!”
Jason: What areas of the home do you find yourself spending the most time and why?
Seller: “The den for sure! We love the big windows in this room! Also, the outside porch, where we love grilling and letting the kids run around and play! It’s also a great place during college football season to watch our favorite SEC games outside!”

Seller: “We re-landscaped the yard. Other than that, the house was in excellent condition when we bought it and with all the upgrades that were included, there was nothing more to do in our opinion.”
