Seller:  We loved all the details of the house! The ceilings, the huge walk in closet with custom built in’s in the master, the hardwoods, the granite throughout the house,  the crown molding, and the patio outside were to name a few of the details we fell in love with!”

Jason:  Were schools a factor in your decision to purchase this home?

Seller:  “Yes, the Fairhope school system is one of the best in Baldwin County!”

Jason:  What have become your favorite living features of the home?

Seller:  “In addition to all the custom features of the home, we also really appreciate the quiet street or alley way behind us, the big lot, and how much fun the neighborhood is!”

Jason:  What areas of the home do you find yourself spending the most time and why?

Seller:  “The den for sure! We love the big windows in this room! Also, the outside porch, where we love grilling and letting the kids run around and play! It’s also a great place during college football season to watch our favorite SEC games outside!”

Jason:  What improvements have you made to the home or property over the years?

Seller:   “We re-landscaped the yard.  Other than that, the house was in excellent condition when we bought it and with all the upgrades that were included, there was nothing more to do in our opinion.”

Jason:  What are your favorite grocery stores and shops in the area?

Seller:   “It is so convenient  having the Fairhope Walmart just a few minutes away! We also enjoy running to get biscuits in the mornings at River Park grocery.”

Jason:  Any interests or hobbies you enjoy on or near the property?

Seller:  “The Quail Creek Golf Course is just a few minutes away. Downtown Fairhope parks, shopping and restaurants are literally only 4 miles away.  Fish River is also close by, if you have a boat.  This is very outdoor friendly place to live and raise a family.”

Jason:  Average utility costs in summer and winter?

Seller:  “Water and Electric usually runs between $225”

Jason:  If you don’t mind me asking, why have you decided to sell your home?

Seller:  “We now have more children and need more space for them.”  

Jason:  What will you miss most about living in Long Pine Estates, as well as the surrounding Fairhope community?

Seller:  “The fun neighborhood and our awesome neighbors. This is one of the best neighborhoods in Fairhope! Every Halloween they have a Halloween Block Party with activities for the kids and a pot luck dinner! You don’t see that in other neighborhoods anymore.”
