Agent:  How did you know this was the home you were meant to buy?

Seller:  “In our price range it had the bigger bedrooms than other houses we looked at. It also had lots of updates and was move in ready!”

 

Agent:  Were schools a factor in your decision to purchase this home?

Seller:  “They weren’t really. Our first son was only 6 months old when we found this house so we weren’t thinking about school yet.”

 

Agent:  What have become your top 5-10 favorite features of the home?

Seller:  “I loved the stainless steel appliances and the granite in the kitchen. I also liked that the kitchen faucet comes out and can spray the dishes to make washing dishes easier. I also like that it has a garbage disposal. We loved that it had a big deck with a big back yard for the kids to play on. We liked that there was a bonus room that was perfect to make into a playroom for the kids. We also liked that it was a split floor plan with the master on the bottom floor separate from the kids rooms upstairs.”

 

Agent:  Where do you find yourself spending the most time in the home and why?

Seller:  “The jetted tub in the master bathroom. It’s a great way to just relax once the kids are in bed! As a family we spend most of the time in the living room. It’s big enough for us all to sit and play together or watch tv.”

 

Agent:  What improvements have you made to the home or property over the years?

Seller:  “We put a new outside air conditioner in March 2015 and a new inside air conditioner unit in July 2013. We also put up new railing for the deck and repainted the deck.”

 

Agent:  What are your favorite grocery stores and shops in the area?

Seller:  “I love going to Publix for my groceries and it’s not far away at all. I also like that there are lots of shopping places like Hobby Lobby, TJ Maxx, and Home Depot less than 5 minutes away. We don’t even have to drive on any busy roads to get to those since they are right outside our neighborhood.”

 

Agent:  Any interests or hobbies you enjoy on or near the property?

Seller:  “As a family we enjoy swimming in 1 of the 3 pools in the neighborhood. My husband also likes to play golf on the golf course in the neighborhood.”

 

Agent:  Average utility costs in summer and winter? 

Seller:  “~$225”

 

Agent:  What will you miss most about living in or owning this property, as well as the surrounding community?

Seller:  “The pools and the convenient location to shopping and the interstate.”

 

Agent:   If you don’t mind me asking, why have you decided to sell your home?

Seller:  “We have outgrown this house and need another bedroom since our 3 kids don’t do good sharing rooms.”
