The Eastern Shore of Mobile Bay is a quaint residential area comprised of some of the most picturesque neighborhoods in all of Baldwin County and “Old Daphne” is no exception. The community of Old Daphne sits on predominately high bluffs overlooking the coastline of Mobile Bay. It is home to Bayside Academy, one of the sought after private schools on the Gulf Coast, as well as one of my favorite restaurants, Guido’s! I had the luxury of attending Bayside, so I know the surrounding streets well. It is a very walkable community, with breathtaking sunsets, great restaurants and high level academics, all within mere blocks of each other.
A prospective Daphne, Alabama homebuyer would be hard-pressed to find a better place to raise a family, than Old Daphne. As you might imagine, real estate in such a coveted area commands a much higher asking price than other areas of this fast growing South Alabama city. Our team has just listed what I believe to be one of the best deals going in the area, offering buyers a unique lot location, set among glorious southern oak trees and luxurious bay front residences.
Our 1106 Lovette Lane seller was gracious enough to take the time to answer some specific questions we had regarding the property, questions that we know buyers really want to know!
