The owners of 3602 Heritage Drive moved here to Mobile AL and had their 3 bedroom 2 bath home built in 2011. They love that the property is in a quiet neighborhood, Heritage Estates. The neighborhood is also close to restaurants, the Shoppes at Bel Air, Wal-Mart, and Sam’s… all places where they love to shop due to the selection and great location.
At the time of building their home, the sellers did not have any children but loved the idea that the neighborhood is close to local schools. One of the couple’s hobbies is working out so it’s great that the home sits close to the YMCA. It’s also just minutes to I-10 & I-65 for a streamlined trip to our wonderful beaches!
When the owners are not working, they find themselves spending most of their time in the kitchen where they enjoying cooking with family. They also added the large covered patio for grilling. But what they enjoyed most about their home is the fenced in backyard, great for entertaining and spending time with their family and friends.
