Jason does a monthly radio show on Mobile AL news talk radio 710am. The show is called Ask the Expert and is hosted by Uncle Henry, a conservative radio personality that has developed a huge following among South Alabama Republicans over the last 10 years. Jason has a consistent message on the show, in an effort to bring stubborn home sellers into reality when it comes to putting their home in the best possible position to sell in the fastest time period possible and for the most net dollars.
Jason and his team specialize in homes that don’t sell. He is often contacted by sellers who have had their home on the market with more than one prominent brokerage firm in the Mobile or Baldwin County area. Professional home staging plays a major role in Jason’s success and this is something that we stress during every listing consultation. In an attempt to hammer the message home, Jason brought in two members of his professional marketing team, James Avera with Avera Design and Jana Rae Ryan with Simply Southern Staging.
Jana is a talented interior decorator and has a knack for staging homes to sell. Then James comes in and creates real estate photography that mimic pieces of wall art. Jason understands that home staging and real estate photography go hand in hand. Jana’s goals is to make a home look and feel like a model, thereby controlling the buyer’s eye and minimizes any negatives that could be used to disqualify the home on the part of the buyer. James Avera noted that the progression of technology has brought internet marketing to the forefront of specializations of the modern listing agent. He pointed out during the show that people are inclined to seek out the negative attributes of home, thus bright, beautiful, clear photos are essential to avoid misplaced judgement on the part of the home buyer.
