When sellers have the ability to make it easy for us to market and sell their homes, it is up to us, as professional Realtors, to take the simple steps necessary to get the listing under contract as soon as possible, so that it can bring our valued clients the highest net proceeds possible. My initial meeting with Dragos took place on a cold winter morning. As he took me on a tour of the grounds and the short walk to the community pier, we were got in a crossfire of brisk winds rolling in off the Gulf of Mexico and Mobile Bay. With much of the tropical southern landscape in its dormant phase and sales comps unfavorable for my “90 Days or Less” sales approach, I encouraged Dragos to be patient and wait on the market to come to us.
