The past two Jason Will Real Estate closed real estate transactions in Gulf Shores’ Peninsula golf community have set new standards of home value, for both patio and executive luxury properties.  How do we do it?  The formula may not be easy but it is quite simple.  First, we need excellent clients like Dragos and Mariana, who understand the importance of keeping a home for sale in pristine condition from the curb to the closets.  Thieir listing at 17 Lakeside Drive was in fact OCD clean!  The caliber of clean that you instinctively know to remove your shoes before entering the foyer.  The property was also elegantly staged with high-end, designer furniture, window treatments and decor.  All the walls were of a rich, neutral color and all the appliances conveyed with the sale, to include beautiful stainless steel kitchen appliances and front-loading washer and dryer.

When sellers have the ability to make it easy for us to market and sell their homes, it is up to us, as professional Realtors, to take the simple steps necessary to get the listing under contract as soon as possible, so that it can bring our valued clients the highest net proceeds possible.  My initial meeting with Dragos took place on a cold winter morning.  As he took me on a tour of the grounds and the short walk to the community pier, we were got in a crossfire of brisk winds rolling in off the Gulf of Mexico and Mobile Bay.  With much of the tropical southern landscape in its dormant phase and sales comps unfavorable for my “90 Days or Less” sales approach, I encouraged Dragos to be patient and wait on the market to come to us.  By early spring the market was not quite where I wanted it to be, yet we were getting enough promising hits from our “Coming Soon” marketing campaigns to warrant getting Dragos and Mariana back in the game.
