Seller:  “It was the place God sent for us and we have lived here 35 years, and raised our kids on the river and it has been a wonderful place to live. It’s a great life style, skiing, fishing, hunting, and sunset dinners and boat rides.”

Agent:  Were schools a factor in your decision to purchase this home? 

Seller:  Yes, we love the schools.”

Agent:  What have become your top 5-10 favorite features of the home? 

Seller:  “Eastern sunrises over the river and marsh, the 50′ porch to enjoy, wood burning fireplace for the cool nights, the views from every window, like the 2 times a year when the marsh turns to pink flowers and the birds, deer and wild life playing in it.”

Kayak races two times a year and the master garden plant sale at the watershed estuary next door. Skeet shooting off the pier over the marsh.”

The river without the floods and salt water, but being able to catch almost every kind of fish, bream, bass, flounder, red fish, and watching the dolphins play, oh and did I mention the manatee?”

Seller:  “We feel God is wanting us to relocate in central Baldwin county, on some acreage closer to our kids and a change in our lives.”
