Why did you and your husband want to buy this home?
“We loved the area, close to central Foley, Gulf Shores, and 10 minutes from our gulf beaches. We also really loved the floor plan, along with the upgrades and the fenced yard. The granite counter tops throughout the house sold me, including the tile in the kitchen, living room and dining room. The vaulted ceilings give the house a larger feel with the additional vertical space.”
What do want Foley AL homebuyers to know about your home?
“Crown Walk is a very quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors, and the layout of the home is cozy and good for entertaining guests and hosting Christmas parties. I absolutely love the master bedroom location away from the two front bedrooms. This is a very comfortable home.”
What are your favorite spaces in the home?
“The living Room and back porch are my favorite, because they are such cozy living spaces and we can have dinner or morning coffee on the back porch and watch the birds in the Spring and Fall. The backyard protected by a privacy fence and creates a safe haven for the birds to nest among the jasmine.”
Have you made any improvements to the property?
“The house was literally in pristine condition when we bought it and all I felt it needed was a little improvement to the curb appeal with a little color from beautiful blooming in the Spring. We added a garden with trellis in the backyard, which is an extension of the front flower bed around the side of the house for Azaleas.”

“Publix and Walmart are both close by and that’s where we do most of our shopping.”
