Silverhill is a quaint town right outside Fairhope and just about 30 minutes north of Orange Beach. It reminds me of a town full of charm and just lots of character yet it’s very quiet and peaceful. When I meet with sellers, I love taking them back to when they first saw the home and asking them what made them fall in love with the place. This time, the sellers told me, “I love the open concept and we were looking to be in a subdivision that was centrally located in Baldwin county.” They also told me that all over Baldwin county there are great schools so when they were looking to buy a home schools were not a issue. The kitchen is a favorite part of the home because it’s spacious and has extra wide counters, lots of cabinets and the open concept is ideal for entertaining. Being cooks at heart, this was one of the most important areas of the home when they were looking to buy.

Since the home is newer, there haven’t been a lot of improvements but the sellers did add LED lighting inside the home to make it be even more energy efficient and they also added Bali blinds throughout the home. Some of their favorite things to do is go minutes down the road to the kids park or the splash pad. As you know when you have 2 young kids, they love to play! But now that the kids are getting older they are looking for more yard for the kids to run and play.
