Jason Will is a Nice Guy!

For Jason, perfecting the real estate experience for both home buyers and sellers via the team business model, is his passion. The traditional way of conducting business often translates into a daily grind for both the Real Estate Professional and their client. Jason believes that leverage is the key to mastery. In other words, by hiring and cultivating talented individuals to focus on specific aspects of the real estate sales process and who continually strive to perform at a higher level, Jason is able to ensure that the needs of his clients are addressed with a laser focus and meticulous precision.

Real Estate has been a full-time career for Jason since 2004. He began that journey with Keller Williams Realty in 2004, when they opened a small office on Davis Island in Tampa,  Florida. The stellar training and educational opportunities at Keller Williams offered to Jason, quickly propelled him to the top 1% of the Greater Tampa Association of Realtors. A few years later, Jason’s first son, Cooper was born. He was born nearly 3 months early and weighed just over 3 pounds. He did not have any family in the area, so it was at that moment that Jason decided to relocate back to his home town and birthplace, Fairhope, AL.

Jason began building his business from the ground up on the Alabama Gulf Coast in 2007 and was recognized as agent of the year in 2010 and today has one of the top performing real estate teams in the entire Keller Williams Gulf States Region. One of the turning points for Jason was hiring his wife Diana in 2011, who he feels has the potential to be recognized one day as one of the top Realtors in the nation. Diana has the drive of a top executive and heart of gold, qualities that resonate among her clients.

Jason grew up on Fish River in Fairhope and had the luxury of spending time in Orange Beach during the summer months. He attended private school at Bayside Academy in Daphne and spent a year at Spring Hill College prior to finishing his academic career at Auburn University. Diana grew up in Decatur, Alabama and attended college at the University of South Alabama. The two met while waiting tables at Tony Roma’s restaurant in Mobile. Jason says it was love at first sight and those closest to the couple say that Jason definitely definitely “married up!”

Jason and Diana love living in Fairhope, Alabama and serving the communities of both Baldwin and Mobile County. The area is great place to raise a family, especially if education is top priority and your family enjoys spending the majority of their leisure time outdoors. The Alabama Gulf Coast offers world class fishing, as well as some of the finest beaches you will find anywhere in the world. Jason relishes warm, sunny days on the water with his family. They love to boat, fish and simply having their feet in the sand. Jason and Diana also love all the live music venues that Coastal Alabama has to offer and of course, the fresh local seafood.
