Avalon Daphne AL

Out of all the wonderful subdivisions to buy a home in Daphne, why did you choose Avalon subdivision?  I recently asked a resident of Avalon subdivision in Daphne, Alabama, that question and she agreed to share her responses with prospective buyers, who might be presently looking for the ideal neighborhood to buy in on the Eastern Shore.  See the details of our conversation below:

Jason:  Why did you choose Avalon?  Resident: We were immediately attracted to the overall beauty of the landscape.  The homes are well designed and the residents of Avalon keep their yards in immaculate condition.  We also liked the fact many of the lots back up to thick wooded acreage or wide open farm land as far as the eye can see.  I also thought this would be a safe purchase for our family in terms of a return on our investment.

Jason: Since becoming a resident of Avalon, what have you come to admire about the subdivision that did not occur to you as a prospective buyer?  Resident: Having never lived in a subdivision, I thought I would be giving up my privacy, which is very important to me.  Subdivision life is everything I hoped it would be and more.  We have made great friends and it is just an all around family friendly community.  A big factor for me is security and we feel really safe living in Avalon.  I also appreciate our Avalon HOA’s dedication to improving our community for the better.

Jason:  If you suddenly had to move, what would you miss about life in Avalon? Resident:  I honestly can’t see myself living anywhere else!  Our family has made such great friends living in Avalon, that it is hard for me to think of not having them as part of my daily life.  Avalon has changed my whole outlook on living in a subdivision and I will always be grateful for that!
